The challenge
A major bank needed a decision-ready requirements baseline for a core platform modernisation, spanning 160+ data sources, partner dependencies, SIEM and video-analytics options, before committing multi-partner delivery against a compressed migration pathway targeted at roughly 12 to 18 months from a multi-year outlook.
What we did
Completed a roughly one-month requirements assessment and statement-of-work shaping engagement: a discovery sprint, migration-factory and Lakebridge planning inputs, source triage across 160-plus systems, dependency mapping, backlog sequencing, and SIEM and video-analytics scope alignment, so delivery partners had a clear brief without a prolonged discovery cycle.
The outcome
In approximately one month, produced the requirements artefacts, sequencing and scoping inputs needed for governed multi-partner planning, supporting the bank's ambition to pursue a shorter migration pathway, without delivering or owning the full migration programme.
Completed a requirements assessment covering 160-plus sources, producing a decision-ready brief for multi-partner migration planning.
Engagement was requirements assessment only (about one month), not migration build or run. Work used Lakebridge, Remorph, DataflowSpec and Databricks Asset Bundles planning patterns and a SIEM reference architecture to make scope and dependencies explicit for partners. Any 12 to 18 month pathway remains the client's programme target, not a delivered AIRE outcome.
